Box Office Opening Hours

In person: The Drum Box Office is open Mon – Fri 10am – 5pm, except Bank Holidays.
On the day of a performance, please note that the Box Office is open at least one hour before the published start time.

By Phone: Our standard opening times are 9am – 9pm daily. A call queuing system operates when lines are busy. Please be assured that your call is important to us and that we appreciate your patience.

How to pay for your tickets

  • Credit Card We accept Mastercard and Visa
  • Debit Cards We accept Switch
  • Cheque payable to The Drum

Bookings paid for by credit card will incur a postage fee of £1.50 per transaction (regardless of the number of tickets booked).

On receipt of your tickets, please check that your tickets are for the correct performance, date and time as mistakes cannot necessarily be rectified on the day of performance.

Please note that on the door prices come into effect at 6pm on the day of the event, early booking is advised.

Reservations

Tickets reserved by phone or in person must be paid for within three working days of the reservation. Subject to availability, tickets may be reserved prior to the performance but be paid for within three hours of the scheduled start time, after which time they will be released. The Drum Management reserves the right to withdraw the reservation facility on certain events when ticket availability is limited.

Exchanges

On occasion, exchanges maybe available up to 48 hours before a performance. Exchanges are only possible for the same production and will incur a fee of £2 per ticket exchanged and are subject to availability.

Refund

We only offer refunds in exceptional circumstances and by arrangement with the Box Office Manager or Duty Manager. If, after having purchased your ticket(s), you are unable to attend a performance that is fully booked we will offer to re-sell your ticket(s) for a nominal fee of £2 per ticket.

The Drum Management will not accept tickets for resale unless the performance in question is sold out. For each ticket re-sold a fee of £2 will be charged and the difference will either be refunded back to the card the tickets were purchased on or forwarded in the form of a cheque. Please note The Drum cannot guarantee the resale of any ticket taken back by the Box Office.

Discounts

All discounts are subject to availability where applicable and can be withdrawn at the discretion of the Management without prior notice, and do not apply to tickets already purchased. The Drum Management reserves the right to introduce discounts and price changes without prior notice.

Concessions – are available on certain events and are indicated in brackets on the ticket price line. These concessions are available for students, senior citizens, registered unemployed, registered disabled or under 18s.

Group & Family Bookings Attractive discounts are available on certain events for families (comprising up to four people, one of whom must be under 12 years). For certain events, we also offer discounts for parties of six or more. For more information on our group and family discounts please call our Box Office Team on 0121 333 2444.

Facilities for people with disabilities

We are firmly committed to making all facilities at The Drum fully accessible. Complimentary companion tickets are available on request and at the discretion of the Management. If you require assistance upon arrival at our venue, please inform the Box Office Team at the point of booking your ticket.
