A34 Festival and Open Day - Community Spirit

Tickets :

The vibrant and diverse communities along the A34 of Perry Barr, Aston, Newtown and Lozells will come to life in the name of Community Spirit to celebrate The Drum's 20th Anniversary, for the A34 Festival and Open Day on Sat 21 Jun.

The A34 Festival and Open Day will take place inside and outside The Drum. Potters Lane will be closed to traffic for the day and a stage will be built to host entertainment for all the family including Live Music, Dance, Spoken Word and much more. The building will be alive with arts and crafts stalls, and a range of delightful cuisine.

The day will also be an opportunity for local people to take part in a series of workshops and gain information, advice and guidance on health and well-being, employment, training and how to get involved in their community.

It's a free family festival, coinciding with the Aston Heritage Open Day when other organisations such as Aston Hall, Aston Villa Football Club, Jame Masjid Mosque and Aston Fire Station will also open their doors to local people to celebrate their communities and neighbourhoods.
