Valentine’s Showcase Special Part II

Cupid’s bow and arrow is poised ready to inject some love into the hearts of Birmingham’s reggae fans this Valentine’s with a very special showcase on Saturday 13 February, 10pm at the luxurious Sapphire Banqueting Suite, Digbeth, Birmingham.

After the huge success of last year’s event, we are pleased to announce the return of Tarrus Riley famous for his massive hit “She’s Royal” and his outstanding version of John Legend’s “Stay With You” both of which have made him one reggae music’s biggest stars. As well as these popular favourites, Tarrus will be performing tracks from his new album “Contagious”. Also appearing on the night will be I Octane – this 22 year old rising reggae star has a vision that is to create music that motivates, inspires and restores the mind to a path of growth, development and purpose. Duane Stephenson with his blissful poignant vocals is The Original Mr Charmer, plus Birmingham’s very own Lover’s Rock sensation Peter Spence all backed by Jamaica’s most famous saxophonist Dean Frazer & Band. Compere on the night will be the original ‘Funky Chocolate’ aka G-Man presenter from New Style Radio plus DJs Gemini Don, Mr Len and King Zukie will be coming together to create a night of pure pleasure.
