Born as Donald Byrd’s supergroup in the seventies – this jazz-funk, R’n’B collective went on to become one of the decades most loved groups. The original line-up are Pericles “Perk” Jacobs Jr (percussionist), Keith Killgo (drummer), Kevin Toney( keyboardist), Allan Barnes (reeds player), Joe Hall (bassist) and Barney Perry.
