On-line ticketing issues
We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the online booking side of our website.
We appreciate your patience and are doing everything we can to rectify this issue as soon as possible. In the meantime we can offer you 4 other ways of purchasing your tickets:
1. Call 0121 333 2444 and speak to a member of our Box Office team
2. Pop down to The Drum and book & collect your tickets in person
3. Email boxoffice@the-drum.org.uk and request a call back to book your tickets over the phone, make sure you include the following information: name, number, a preferred time for your call back and the name of the event you’d like to book
