The Drum is a major Black arts centre, committed to celebrating the diversity, challenges and vibrancy of Black culture, promoting in particular contemporary African, Asian and Caribbean arts and cultural activities. The Drum is seeking motivated and highly skilled individuals to expand its current staff team to support an ambitious and exciting programme of activities.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the following full-time post:

Marketing Manager

£21 – 23,000

You will be highly talented individual responsible for the effective marketing and promotion of our varied programme of activities. In addition, you will be enthusiastic about audience development and committed to achieving sales targets. You will have at least three years experience and a genuine passion for the arts.
