Rizwan and Muazzam Mujahid Ali Khan are the torch-bearers of a tradition that goes back over 700 years. When the unforgettable Qawwali singer Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan died in 1997, he left a musical vacuum into which stepped his two teenage nephews, and they were determined to continue their uncle’s pioneering efforts. This music is a vehicle to enlightenment, dripping with harmony and humanity.
