A special 2hr documentary, marking the 16th anniversary of the Rwandan Genocide, a state-sponsored massacre in which 800,000 Rwandans were murdered by Hutu extremists while the U.S. and international community stood by and watched. The film examines the social, political and diplomatic failure that enabled the slaughter to occur.

This is the story of those who participated in the world’s failure to act, those few who came forward and tried to save lives, and all who are still deeply haunted by what happened.

Contains scenes of a disturbing nature and graphic images.
