A new professional development programme, enabling emerging new Birmingham based artists to kick-start a career in the creative sector. 15 projects by artists were selected by a panel of judges to create work in Erdington, Hodge Hill, Ladywood and Perry Barr. They receive professional support, development and mentoring through a six week course at The Drum. Creative Leap is a project led by sampad, Ulfah Arts and The Drum.  It is funded by Birmingham City Council and Birmingham Cultural Partnership via the Working Neighbourhoods Fund.
